Bangalore Chitradurga Hampi Travel Package 5 Days Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Bangalore
Upon arrival at Bangalore Railway Station or Airport, our representative will welcome you. Known as the Garden City and Silicon Valley of India, Bangalore is the vibrant capital of Karnataka. After check-in at your hotel, enjoy a city tour covering major attractions like Tipu’s Palace, Bull Temple, Gavi Gangadhareshwara Temple, and the ancient Halasur Someshwara Temple. Spend the evening exploring local markets for shopping. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 02: Bangalore to Chitradurga – Hospet
After breakfast, check out of your hotel and drive to Chitradurga. Famous for its formidable Chitradurga Fort, also known as Kallina Kote (Stone Fort), it features seven concentric walls, 18 temples, 19 gateways, secret passages, and water tanks. After exploring the fort, proceed to Hampi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its stunning temples and ancient ruins from the Vijayanagara Empire. Arrive at Hospet in the evening, check into your hotel, and relax for the night.
Day 03: Hampi Sightseeing
Post breakfast, head to Hampi for a full day of sightseeing. Visit the iconic Virupaksha Temple, Sasive Kalu Ganesha, Kadale Kalu Ganesha, Krishna Temple, Lakshmi Narasimha, Badavi Linga, and the Sister Stones. Explore the Underground Temple, Mint House, Lotus Mahal, Elephant Stables, and Hazara Rama Temple in the palace area. After lunch, visit the grand Vijaya Vittala Temple and see the famous Stone Chariot, King’s Balance, and Purandara Mantapa. If time permits, head to the scenic Tungabhadra Dam. Return to Hospet for an overnight stay.
Day 04: Anegundi and Kishkinda
After breakfast, journey to Anegundi, located on the northern bank of the Tungabhadra River. Explore historic sites such as the Huchappayana Matha Temple with its intricate stone pillars, Pampa Sarovara, the ruined Aramane palace, Ranganatha Temple, and Kamal Mahal. In the afternoon, visit Kishkinda, the legendary monkey kingdom from the Ramayana. Kishkinda is believed to be the kingdom of the Vanara King Sugriva, brother of Vali. After soaking in the mythology and history, return to Hospet for the evening. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 05: Hospet to Bangalore
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin your journey back to Bangalore. On arrival, you will be transferred to the Airport or Railway Station, marking the end of your memorable trip with wonderful memories from the Bangalore – Chitradurga – Hampi – Anegundi – Kishkinda Travel Package.
