Day 01: Arrival in Bangalore – Transfer to Coorg
– Itinerary: Upon arrival in Bangalore, you’ll be greeted and transferred to Coorg. En route, visit Bylakuppe, the largest Tibetan settlement in South India, to see the Namdroling Monastery (Golden Temple) and Nisargadhama, a beautiful island on the Kaveri River with lush bamboo groves, sandalwood, and teak trees. On arrival in Coorg, check in to your hotel. In the evening, visit Raja’s Seat, a famous viewpoint offering panoramic views of the hills and valleys.

Day 02: Coorg Local Sightseeing
– Itinerary: After breakfast, explore the natural and cultural beauty of Coorg. Begin with a visit to Talakaveri, the origin of the Kaveri River, followed by Bhagamandala, known for the confluence of three rivers (Kaveri, Kannike, and Sujyothi). Visit Abbey Falls, a beautiful waterfall nestled amidst coffee plantations. Continue to Omkareshwara Temple, a unique blend of Islamic and Gothic architecture, and Madikeri Fort, which offers insight into the region’s history. End the day with a stroll through Raja’s Tomb, a historical monument surrounded by beautiful gardens.

Day 03: Coorg to Ooty
– Itinerary: After breakfast, check out and proceed to Ooty. On arrival, check in to your hotel. In the afternoon, visit the Ooty Rose Garden, home to thousands of varieties of roses, followed by Ooty Lake, where you can enjoy a boat ride. Conclude your day with a visit to the Government Botanical Gardens, known for its diverse plant species.

Day 04: Ooty and Coonoor Local Sightseeing
– Itinerary: Post breakfast, embark on a day trip to Coonoor. Visit Sim’s Park, a beautiful garden with rare plant species, and head to Lamb’s Rock and Dolphin’s Nose for breathtaking views of the Nilgiri Hills. Explore a local Tea Factory and Tea Gardens to witness tea processing. Return to Ooty in the afternoon to visit Doddabetta Peak, the highest point in the Nilgiri Hills, offering panoramic views of the surrounding area.

Day 05: Ooty to Kodaikanal
– Itinerary: After breakfast, check out and drive to Kodaikanal. On arrival, check in to your hotel. Visit Bryant Park, a beautifully maintained botanical garden, and the Kodai Lake, a star-shaped artificial lake where you can enjoy boating.

Day 06: Kodaikanal Local Sightseeing
– Itinerary: After breakfast, proceed for a full day of sightseeing in Kodaikanal. Visit Pillar Rocks, three granite boulders standing vertically, and Silent Valley View for tranquil and serene views. Explore Berijam Lake View (requires prior permission), Silver Cascade Falls, and the mysterious Guna Caves (Devil’s Kitchen), known for their deep ravines. End the day with a visit to the Pine Forest and Kurinji Andavar Temple, dedicated to Lord Muruga.

Day 07: Kodaikanal to Munnar

Day 08: Munnar Local Sightseeing
– Itinerary: Start your day with a visit to the Eravikulam National Park, home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr. Continue to the Tea Museum to learn about the history and process of tea production in the region. Visit Mattupetty Dam, Kundala Lake, and Echo Point, where the natural echo phenomenon occurs. Also, explore the Blossom Park, Photo Point, and Honey Bee Tree. Return to your hotel after a day of sightseeing.

Day 09: Munnar to Thekkady
– Itinerary: After breakfast, check out and proceed to Thekkady, home to the famous Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. On arrival, check in to your hotel. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat ride on Lake Periyar, offering a unique opportunity to view wildlife such as elephants, boar, and deer in their natural habitat. Later, visit the Mullaperiyar Dam and take a tour of the Spice Plantations, where you can shop for exotic spices.

Day 10: Thekkady to Alleppey (Houseboat Stay)
– Itinerary: After breakfast, check out and drive to Alleppey. On arrival, board a traditional houseboat to experience the serene backwaters of Kerala. Enjoy a leisurely cruise through narrow canals, surrounded by lush greenery and quaint villages. The houseboat will anchor in a wide waterway or lake for the night. All meals will be served on board.
– Overnight Stay: Houseboat in Alleppey
Day 11: Alleppey to Cochin Departure
– Itinerary: After breakfast, enjoy a short cruise through the lake. Later, disembark from the houseboat and proceed to Cochin. Depending on your flight or train schedule, you may visit Fort Kochi, St. Francis Church, Chinese Fishing Nets, or do some last-minute shopping. Transfer to Cochin Airport/Railway Station for your onward journey.
