 Day 01: Arrival at Cochin – Transfer to Munnar

Upon your arrival in Cochin, you will be warmly greeted and transferred to the scenic hill station of Munnar. En route, enjoy visits to the Kodanadu Elephant Care Centre, where you can interact with elephants, followed by stops at the stunning Cheyyara Waterfalls, Valara Waterfalls, and Attukadu Waterfalls. You’ll also explore spice plantations, where the aromatic spices of Kerala are grown. Once you arrive in Munnar, check in at your hotel and relax amidst the lush greenery.

 Day 02: Munnar Sightseeing

Start your day with a tour of Munnar’s breathtaking attractions. Begin with a visit to the Eravikulam National Park, home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr. Explore the verdant tea plantations and learn about tea production at the Tea Museum. Continue your journey to Mattupetty Dam, where you can enjoy a serene boat ride, and then visit Kundala Lake, famous for its picturesque views.  Day 03: Munnar to Kumarakom

 Day 04: Kumarakom – Alleppey (Houseboat Stay)

 Day 05: Alleppey – Thekkady

In the afternoon, enjoy a boat ride on Lake Periyar, where you may spot wild elephants, boars, deer, and even the elusive Bengal tiger.  Day 06: Thekkady Sightseeing

Later, visit the Mullaperiyar Dam, offering panoramic views of the surrounding hills and forests.  Day 07: Thekkady to Madurai

 Day 08: Madurai to Rameswaram

This morning, drive to Rameswaram, a sacred pilgrimage town. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and visit the famous Ramanathaswamy Temple, which houses one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. The temple is also known for its magnificent corridors and massive sculptured pillars. Other attractions include Dhanushkodi, a ghost town at the southeastern tip of the island, and Agnitheertham, a holy waterbody where pilgrims perform rituals. You can also visit Gandamadana Parvatham, a hillock that offers a panoramic view of the island.

Distance: 170 Kms (Approx. 4.5 hours by road)

 Day 09: Rameswaram to Kanyakumari – Trivandrum Departure

Check out from your hotel in Rameswaram and drive to Kanyakumari, the southernmost tip of India, where the Arabian Sea, Indian Ocean, and Bay of Bengal meet. Upon arrival, visit the Vivekananda Rock Memorial, dedicated to Swami Vivekananda, and the Thiruvalluvar Statue, a 133-foot tall statue of the Tamil poet and philosopher. Witness the breathtaking sunset at the confluence of the three seas. Afterward, you will be transferred to Trivandrum for your onward journey.

Distance: 310 Kms (Approx. 6.7 hours by road to Kanyakumari; 105 Kms (Approx. 2.5 hours by road to Trivandrum)
